STREET PAVING BID SOLICITATION

The City of Stockton is soliciting bids for asphalting City streets. Bid specs can be picked up at City Hall, 1424 South St or contact Vanessa Harper at 417-276-5210 for an electronic copy.  Sealed bids should be submitted to City Hall, PO Box 590, Stockton, MO 65785, or delivered in person to City Hall Mon-Fri 8-4. Please mark envelope “Street Repair Spring 2026”. Deadline will be Friday, June 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. All bids will be presented to the City Council for consideration on Monday June 22, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. during the regular session meeting at City Hall at 1424 South Street, Stockton, Missouri 65785. * The City of Stockton reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids.

NOTICE is given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Stockton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, at City Hall, located at 1424 South Street, Stockton, Missouri, regarding culvert and ditch maintenance inside the City limits. At this public hearing interested persons and/or stakeholders may provide feedback to the Board on culvert and ditch maintenance responsibility inside the City.
